Cancellation Policy
After purchasing a service, event, or webinar, there is a need to cancel said event within 14 days of the date of the event, please contact us and we will offer you a full refund. If you need to cancel prior to 24 hours of the event a credit will be issued for another purchase on our website. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the event will not be refundable. Membership purchase: Membership is for one year from date of purchase. Cancellation and Refunds allowed until first service is received or for first 24 hrs after purchase of membership. Membership can be cancelled at any time which would include removal from any subscriptions services (emails, newsletter, etc), but after 24 hours no refund will be granted. Cancellation and Refunds allowed until first service is received or for first 24 hrs after purchase of membership. You will have the option to renew when your plan is up. This plan does not automatically renew in one year.
